There are two ways to track your order:

- We will send you an email once we start the shipping of your product. This email contains a clickable tracking No. Once you click it, it will direct you to the corresponding courier website and show your shipment updates.

- You can copy the tracking No. we sent you, go to our website and use the free tracking tool to get your shipment updates.

Just head to the main menu, click on "Track Order", paste your tracking No. and click "Track" button.

Refunds: When can I request a refund?

You can request a refund in the following cases:

- You received a faulty product.

- There are missing item(s) in your package.
