A Kuala Lumpur nightlife marketing agency. Its ambassador teams drive sales across the clubs it works with, and every month those commissions were reconciled by hand from club statements.
We built the system that sits between the club's POS report and the ambassador's payout. It now ships as a product other operators can buy.
- Reads the statements the clubs already send
- Each venue exports a different PDF, several of them in Chinese. The parser detects the format, turns it into clean records, de-duplicates repeated rows and skips cancelled tables, and reconciles against the statement’s own totals.
- Commission rates lock onto the sale
- Rates apply per person, per team, and per sale type, and are frozen onto each sale as it happens. Changing the rules later never rewrites a payout that has already been made.
- Payouts print their own receipts
- One screen shows who is owed what. A payout run generates receipt PDFs for the operator’s records.
- Access follows the hierarchy
- Owners see everything, admins run operations, ambassadors see only their own numbers. It installs to a phone home screen, so sales get logged on the floor rather than at month end.
