Websites & Landing Pages

A website or landing page is often the first look a customer gets at your business before they call, message, or walk in. We design and build marketing sites and landing pages that load fast, look sharp on a phone, and are built to convert — company profiles, product pages, and the pages people land on after a search or an ad. Every site is built from scratch for what your business actually sells, not assembled from a page-builder template.

For a Taiwanese F&B group running six restaurant brands across 17 kitchens in Kuala Lumpur, the public-facing site is the front door: a homepage with the brand’s own header and navigation, a menu page with CMS-managed dishes and pricing that the client updates without touching code, filterable across the group’s brands, a table reservation form with date, time, and guest-count fields, an online shop, and a directory of all 17 locations, filterable by brand.

That public site runs on the CMS module of the same system, so the menu and the locations list change without a developer editing code for every update — one source for content that would otherwise be copy-pasted across a homepage, a menu page, and a directory separately.

Two things matter on a site like this, and they are related: speed and structure. A slow page loses a visitor on mobile data before they ever read the pitch, and a page with no real headings or copy behind it has nothing for a search engine to index. We build pages that load fast on a phone and are structured so search engines and social previews can read them properly, not a decorative shell with a slow script sitting behind it.

This is for a business that needs a site people can actually find and use. A company profile is often the first thing a prospect checks before replying to a quotation or an enquiry — it needs to read as credible, load quickly, and say plainly what the business does. A landing page does a narrower job, the way PHASE2’s reservation page does above: one form, scoped to a single outlet, built around three fields — date, time, and guest count — not a page trying to cover everything the business does.

A multi-location or multi-brand business has a different problem: the same content — locations, hours, menus, pricing — needs to update in one place and show up correctly everywhere it is used, the way the PHASE2 locations directory lists all 17 outlets from one source rather than 17 separately maintained pages. If your current site is slow on a phone, hard to update, or was never really finished, that is the gap this closes.

Pricing works the same way it does for every project we take on: a fixed written quotation — scope, price, and timeline — before any work starts. If the scope grows partway through, that gets re-quoted rather than quietly added to the final bill.

The first conversation is free, about 30 minutes: tell us what the site needs to do and who it needs to convince. We turn that into a written quotation, then build in short cycles, so you see the site taking shape rather than waiting for one big reveal at the end. Launch means it goes live on your own domain, with a documented handover. Care plans afterward cover updates and fixes, with a direct line for anything urgent — we reply within one working day.

We are a Malaysian company, registered with SSM, small enough that the person who scopes your site is the person who builds it — no account-manager layer between you and the people doing the work.
